3. Old Business
a. Evaluations completed for Pastor and Kris Fultz. Others upcoming in the near future.
b. Discussion around setting direction and emphasis for the congregation and Pastor.
4. New Business
a. Set Annual Meeting Date -suggest January 29, 2023 following service. Moved to accept date suggested: Peter Olafsen. Seconded: Kris Torgerson. Motion carried. b. 2023 Budget Draft discussion. One point of discussion was whether to continue giving the synod $10,000. That may be point of conversation for the Annual Meeting. Budget would seem to fairly similar to last year. The effect of our endowment funds on the budget is unclear and that effect is based on returns, which are unclear at this time. c. Council & Committee openings Nominations: There are no council member due to go off this year. There will be eight (8) members eligible to go off the council next year. d. Should we be considering whether the gutters on the parsonage should be replaced when the shingles are being replaced? Referred to Property Committee.
