did a great job organizing the event. Thanks to the choir and all involved.

2. Financial Report
a) No surprises in the financial situation. We are in about the same financial we have been in the last few years. Maybe a little better.

3. New Business
a) Approve Confirmation Students (Marissa Afseth, Rachel Gulbranson, Clayton Schoepski, Brooke Teiskotter) for May 7 (provided they complete requirements). Moved by Peter Olafsen. Seconded by Dave Kiehne.
b) Synod Assembly church representatives on Saturday, May 6th.
c) Usage of the Church sanctuary for Piano Recitals by Kay Himllie on Wednesday, May 10th at 6:30 to
7:30 pm. Moved by Peter Olafsen. Seconded by Kris Torgerson.
d) Usage of the Church sanctuary for Paino Recitals by Sonia Bockoven on Friday, May 12th at 6 pm to
7 pm Moved by Dave Kiehne. Seconded by Charlie Todd.
e) Request to use long tables and chairs for graduation party by Pam Whitehill on Monday, May 29th.
Moved to not approve because of ongoing policy of not lending church furniture and equipment to individuals by Peter Olafsen. Seconded by Dave Kiehne.
4. Old Business
a) Fish Fry Fundraiser. Mike was here for two hours cooking. We sold 205 tickets. The profit was $1130.10. Suggestion was made to use him again in the fall with chicken. 30-40 people dined in. There were folks who were dissatisfied. Others were very pleased.

5. Pastors report
Thanks to Eric Slindee and Paul Hemenway for covering for pastor during his illness and recovery. Pastor is progressing well. Holy week services went well. Easter sunrise had 17 in attendance. Regular service had 90 people. May 21st is the last day for choir until the fall. That will also be senior recognition. Six seniors will be recognized and presented with quilts. Discussion about newsletter. Should we consolidate the newsletter? It was suggested that we have a May newsletter and then publish a June, July, and August combined newsletter. Pastor will be gone to son’s graduation May 24-29th.16th – 21st is VBS. An invitation is extended to Christ Lutheran. Discussion on replacing the heavy tables with modern lighter tables. Discussion was tabled until a count of tables to be replaced is known.
6. Children, Youth, & Family Report
VBS has several options. Sunday school has been up and down due to illness. More parents are engaging in process. Sunday School will do a May Day activity. May 7th is the last day of Sunday School. They are going to have a party.
