Present: Paul Hemenway, Amy Hershberger, Harvey Hershberger, Dave Kiehne, Josh Krage, Zach Krage, Peter Olafsen, Tim Ostrom, Kris Torgerson, Pastor Bockoven
Absent: Stephanie Silvers, Ron Stevens, Charlie Todd

Call to Order- Tim Ostrom, President Meeting called to order at 7:00

1. Election of Officers (Election was conducted last meeting.)
a. President

2. Consent Agenda:
a. Approval of February meeting minutes. Moved by Zach Krage to approve with corrections. Seconded by Paul Hemenway. Motion carried.

3. Financial Report: The last month was better than previous months. Discussion about restocking pews with
offering envelopes.

4. Old Business:
a. Fish Fry updates: Done by Pastor during his report. Discussion about bringing some meals to
members in the nursing home.
b. Reagan’s Recital: Done by Pastor during his report.

5. New Business:
a. Discussion about what to do with kitchen items that are past their expiration dates. Discussion about
what to do about the large coffee maker that does not work. Discussion about whether to do the
brisket and pulled pork dinner. The discussion extended to revisiting the chicken and ham dinner as
well as the lutefisk dinner.

6. Children, Youth & Family Director report:
a. Report on Air Insanity. There were 15 youth, along with parents. Josh is creating a text group to
better communicate with the youth. May 7th is last day of Sunday School. They are working on a
float for the parade. Vacation Bible School is still in the planning stages.

7. Pastor’s report:
a. Pastor will be recovering from surgery at home Thursday and Friday. He reported about the fish fry
on March 24th. A small number of helpers will be needed. Reagan’s recital for March 12th is all
organized. Supply pastor will be filling in on March 19th while Pastor goes with the youth of the
Minneapolis trip. Four confirmands are going to be confirmed in May.

8. Adjourn/Lord’s Prayer: Moved by Peter Olafsen. Seconded by Paul Hemenway. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:59
